Get Roof Proof Protected

Membership & Protection

What is StormGuarded?

StormGuarded is a proactive roof protection membership. We certify your roof annually, track storms in real-time, and back you up with airtight documentation and claims support—so your insurance pays when it should, and you don’t get dropped when it matters most.

Membership & Protection

How is this different from insurance?

We don’t replace insurance—we make it work better for you. While insurance looks for ways not to pay, we document everything upfront so they have less wiggle room when it’s time to file a claim.

Why would I need this if I already have insurance?

Because insurers deny thousands of claims every year due to “lack of proof.” StormGuarded gives you certified inspections, storm tracking, and a documented trail of evidence—so you’re not left scrambling when the adjuster shows up.

What happens if my roof doesn’t pass inspection?

No worries—we’ll show you exactly what needs to be fixed and come back to re-certify once repairs are done. Your certification is only issued once your roof meets our standards.

What if I never need to file a claim?

That’s a win. You’re still getting peace of mind, deductible credits, certified inspections, and ongoing protection—all while keeping your insurance coverage in good standing.

Can this really prevent my insurance from dropping me?

Insurers are less likely to drop homeowners with documented proof of maintenance and certified roofs. We help you avoid non-renewals and give you leverage if you ever need to switch providers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, your membership is month-to-month. Cancel anytime—though we think you’ll want to stick around once you see the value.

Storm Monitoring & Emergency Response

How does storm monitoring work?

We monitor your address 24/7. If hail or high winds hit your area, we automatically flag your home and schedule a post-storm inspection. No need to call us—we’ve already got you covered.

Do I need to be home for storm inspections?

Usually not. After your initial inspection, most storm follow-ups can be completed without you being home—unless we need interior access.

How fast will I get inspected after a storm?

We inspect within 7–14 business days after qualifying storms. You’ll always get at least 24 hours’ notice before we arrive.

Will I get reports even if there’s no damage?

Yes. Every inspection—storm or annual—comes with a digital report and timestamped photos to keep your documentation up to date.

What qualifies as a “triggering” storm?

Storms that bring hail over ¾ inch or winds above 60 mph. These events often lead to roof damage—even if you can’t see it from the ground.

Inspections & Scheduling

What does the certification inspection cover?

We inspect shingles, flashing vents, drainage, and more—12 points in total. You’ll get a detailed report with photos and professional-grade documentation.,

Membership & Protection

Do you verify repairs if I hire my own contractor?

Yes. If someone else does the work, we’ll return to confirm it meets certification standards and update your roof record.

How often do I get inspections?

You get one full annual certification plus automatic post-storm inspections whenever damaging weather hits your address.

Will I get notified before an inspection?

Absolutely. We give you at least 24 hours’ notice before we show up.

Pricing & Deductible Credits

Does the membership price apply to every roof size?

Our $297 annual membership covers homes with roof sizes of 30 squares or less — which includes about 70% of all homes. Larger roofs can still be certified and covered, but additional fees may apply based on size.

How do deductible credits work?

Each month, $24.75 of your membership goes into a credit bank. Use those credits (up to $2,500) toward your deductible if you ever file a claim.

Do I lose my credits if I cancel?

Yes. Credits only apply while your membership is active. Once canceled, benefits—including credits—end immediately.

What happens when I hit the max deductible credit?

At $2,500 (or your deductible amount), your credits stop building. But your membership continues with full benefits—inspections, storm tracking, and claims support.

Can I use my own roofer or contractor?

Yes. You’re not locked in. But if you want to use deductible credits, you’ll need to work with someone in our pre-screened contractor network.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your full membership fee.

Insurance & Claims

How does this help with filing a claim?

We give you everything your insurer needs—clear photos, verified damage reports, and expert documentation. Plus, we assist with paperwork and speak directly to adjusters when needed.

Membership & Protection

Can you help if I’ve already been denied?

Yes. Many clients come to us after a denial. We reassess, re-document, and often help reverse those decisions with proper proof.

Will my insurance company accept your documentation?

Our reports are formatted to meet insurer requirements. We know what they’re looking for—and we make sure it’s all included.

Does this lower my premiums?

It might. While not guaranteed, some insurers offer discounts for certified roofs and documented maintenance. At the very least, it helps avoid surprise non-renewals.

Moving, Selling, and More

What happens if I move?

Your membership transfers to your new home (as long as it’s in our service area). The roof record stays with your old house—boosting its value to buyers.

How does this help with resale?

Buyers and lenders love documented maintenance. A certified roof helps homes sell faster and with fewer surprises during the closing process.

What if I own rental or investment properties?

We offer portfolio plans for landlords and investors to standardize roof maintenance and reduce claim risk across all your homes.

Do you work with apartment buildings or commercial properties?

Yes. We create custom plans for multi-family and commercial buildings. Contact us for tailored pricing and coverage.
